Processing Time: The current processing time is 5-7 business days before your item is shipped, sometimes longer during the holiday season. Shipping methods available at checkout.

Shipping: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive your shipping notification with tracking information. We ship all orders using couriers such as UPS and USPS.

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your recent SoCo purchase for any reason, an exchange or return may be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products and their containers must be in the EXACT condition received; have not been lit, scratched, labels removed, and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

All candles are made from soy wax, all-natural fragrance oils, lead-free cotton wicks. They are also paraben and phthalate-free.
- Keep your wick 1/4” long every time you light it. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

- Melting pool: Soy wax is “memory wax” and will burn enough around from the first time you light it. For maximum performance, make sure that you create a full melting pool before blowing out the candle. It is recommended to burn the candle for at least 1 hour during the candle's initial lighting.

- Caution: Never burn a candle in an unattended area and keep it away from children and pets. Burn your candle on a flat surface and away from items that can catch fire. The jar will get hot, so please be cautious when grabbing it.
